Air Space Aqua Lab Srls is an Italian company based in Cortona, Tuscany, focused on the research, development and design of innovative solutions for Advanced Air Mobility, sustainable aviation infrastructure and next-generation transportation systems.
The company explores the integration of eVTOL aircraft, drones, vertiports, offshore infrastructure, renewable energy and digital technologies, with the objective of developing new mobility solutions capable of connecting cities, coastal territories and islands.
Our Vision
Air Space Aqua Lab believes that the future of mobility will require more than new aircraft.
It will require an integrated ecosystem combining aircraft, infrastructure, energy, digital systems and services.
From this vision comes MedVertiports Network™, the company’s proposed Advanced Air Mobility infrastructure project for the Mediterranean.
The initial vision is the development of a network of 250 strategic nodes — 200 land-based vertiports and 50 offshore vertiports — designed to support future passenger mobility, drone operations, logistics and connections between coastal destinations and islands.
Technology, Energy & Infrastructure
Air Space Aqua Lab’s areas of interest include the development and integration of vertiport infrastructure, eVTOL and drone technologies, offshore Floating Verti-Islands™, renewable-energy systems, energy storage and intelligent digital platforms for future mobility operations.
The project is conceived as a scalable ecosystem that can progressively involve technology companies, infrastructure operators, research organizations, investors, institutions and local partners.
